Losing a loved one is hard
Is your grief and loss feeling out of control? Are you beginning to feel like you will never enjoy life again? Following the death of a loved one, people experience shock. After this feeling fades, it is often replaced by anger and depression and sometimes guilt. If you are feeling overwhelmed by painful feelings and disturbing thoughts, therapy can help you ease your pain and help you move forward while treasuring the memory of the very special person who has passed on.
